Journey with Graceful Exit
I support dying people and their caregivers on their end-of-life journey by listening, providing information, options, compassionate presence and practical support.
My aim is for each person to have an end of life experience that honours their values and preferences, and I do this by:
- Assisting with planning and preparation;
- Providing non-medical care throughout the dying process;
- and support with after-death arrangements, including in-home body care.
I do this because I believe that dying is a natural part of the human experience that can be navigated with grace in a way that is meaningful for each individual.

My Approach to End-of-Life Support
I provide personalised end-of-life support that focuses on the unique needs and preferences of each individual and their family. My approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and a desire to assist with the emotional and practical challenges that come with the end-of-life journey.
I offer a range of services including emotional and spiritual support, guidance on creating meaningful rituals, and practical assistance with end-of-life planning. My aim is to empower individuals and their families to navigate this sensitive time with grace and dignity.
If you or your loved one are in need of end-of-life support, I am here to provide compassionate care and guidance every step of the way.
